- Any recent website changes you know about
- CMS, hosting, CDN, and relevant tools
- A similar page that works, if you have one

- Crawl export filtered to affected templates
- Relevant response headers, screenshots, request IDs, or error codes
- Release timeline and redirect/canonical mapping
- Available access and who can make changes
