IndexLane stores the details needed to reply, qualify the request, prevent abuse, and maintain a private CRM record.
What is collected
- Contact details, site URL, technical symptom, and qualification context
- First-touch landing page, external referrer, and UTM values
- Final conversion page, immediate referrer, and contact-funnel timestamps
- Evidence files you deliberately attach
How it is used
Inquiry data is not sold. It is used for project review, replies, service delivery, security, and record keeping.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private customer data, or credentials through the public form.
