What is collected
- Contact details, site URL, technical symptom, and optional project details
- First-touch landing page, external referrer, and UTM values
- Final conversion page, immediate referrer, and contact-funnel timestamps
- Evidence files you deliberately attach
Browser attribution before submission
The site stores a small first-touch and contact-CTA attribution record in your browser's local storage. It is used to carry the landing page, referrer, UTM values, and selected contact link into the inquiry if you submit the form, then cleared after an accepted submission.
This record is not an advertising profile, is not used to follow you across unrelated sites, and is not submitted unless you contact IndexLane. You can remove it earlier by clearing this site's browser storage.
How inquiry data is used
Inquiry data is not sold. It is used for project review, replies, service delivery, security, and record keeping.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private customer data, or credentials through the public form.
